Sell dreams, not products.

Author [amongst other things] Carmine Gallo  wraps up 7 of Steve Jobs’  secrets in this short article on Forbes.

Graphic design, branding and the marketing that gets the products out into the market are as much in need of innovation as the products [and dreams] themselves. The right look and feel, the right message and in front of the right audience – otherwise, who is going to be graced by the innovated. We’re all capable of great ideas – they are in fact already within us – we just have to make sure we take advantage of the opportunities  we get and ensure we’re presenting them correctly.
